Staying at Santa Fe is always great, the facilities are all close by. We had ended a 3 night stay in another on site hotel and decided to stay out last night at Disney instead of an off-site hotel, before the long drive home. This meant we could stay in the parks till late and have a relaxing evening without having to pack the luggage and grandkids in the car just to move to an office site hotel. The luggage was moved from our previous hotel to Santa Fe for us to collect at our leisure. The check in staff were great, we were able to get adjoining rooms with other family member who also extended their stay. In the morning we had a great breakfast at la cantina. Then it was sadly time to leave. If you are looking for a budget friendly stay on site then Santa Fe is for you.

A fantastic stay as always, incredible theming, staff are always so friendly with our little one and us! Character meet and greets in the lobby every morning, free shuttle to the parks but also only a few minutes walk to the park round the back via the lake, very nice walk. Hotel Cheyenne is just over the bridge to the back of the hotel so you are able to visit that hotel if you wanted to. Food in the hotel is very nice too, good selection for the kids and adults, Tex Mex food is the speciality of this hotel so if you like that type of food, if not Cheyenne is just around the corner with BBQ type food. Can't fault anything with the stay, staff are incredible and professional as always

Book Santa Fe if you want a less-expensive Disney Hotel. The biggest two benefits to this hotel: 1) Gives you the extra hour of hotel-guest only access to the parks (allowed us 4 rides in a park before the standard entrance started); 2) It's within walking distance of the parks (15ish minutes). Aside from that, some kids might be excited by the Cars theme and--if you were arriving by train--you could walk 200 meters from the train to the pickup point of the hotel shuttle (that runs all day, every 15-20 minutes or so).

Good size room, well themed. All of the staff we spoke to were polite, upbeat, and very helpful. Food was good in the restaurant, lots of choice even for me who is rather fussy. The buffet was well priced with a drink included, and there was plenty of seating available. Took around 20 minutes to walk to the Disneyland parks, but it's a very easy route. Sign posted well, and all safe footpaths. Exactly what I would expect from a budget hotel, no frills but clean and comfortable.

The reception staff were so friendly - they gave my little boy some badges and stickers and made his day. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The location and theming were great. The access to the Disney parks was great and although we didn’t try the buffet, it was very reasonably priced and looked nice. The shuttle bus was convenient.
